Dogs 16 weeks and over
The ideal age is straight after puppy class, to continue invaluable training and socialisation, or your dogs may be becoming more independent with challenging and unwanted behaviour. During this class your instructor will help you to begin or continue your journey to form your dog into a well-mannered family pet.
Goals:
- Bonding with your dog
- Learning to read your dog’s body language and react accordingly
- Well behaved family pet
- Walking nicely on a leash
- Come when call, (off lead)
Maximum Dogs Per Class: 4
Fee: $220.00
Duration: 1 hour/week for 6 weeks
Venue: Matraville Vet Hospital, 525 Bunnerong Road, Matraville, 2036.
**Dog/s over 12 months must be approved by Training The Family Dog**
Behaviour issues including, but not limited to:
- Jumping
- Rushing through doors

Basic obedience commands include:
- Walking on a leash nicely at your side

Direction and pace changes whilst on lead, including:
- About Turn
- U Turn
- Fast
- Slow
- Figure Eight
- Sitting at gutters
